What does "Special order item" mean?

This is a product that we do not normally keep in stock. Instead, we order it from our supplier as needed. The typical delivery time is approximately 2–7 business days. We recommend checking the current availability before placing your order by emailing kauppa@autogear.fi. If the supplier's purchase price changes significantly after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Products available on order are not covered by our standard return policy.

What does "Core part in stock" mean?

This is a product that we rebuild ourselves or send to one of our specialist partners for rebuilding. We have a suitable core unit available, but no rebuilt unit currently in stock. You can inquire about the estimated delivery time by emailing kauppa@autogear.fi. In most cases, products rebuilt from cores in our own stock can be completed within one working week of receiving your order.

How do I know if a part is compatible with my vehicle?

If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your vehicle, please email us your VIN number before placing your order at kauppa@autogear.fi. We will verify compatibility using our parts database.

I own a repair shop. How can I access trade pricing?

First, register as a business customer in our online store. Then send us an email at kauppa@autogear.fi. We will verify your business information and activate trade pricing for your account. Once logged in, you will see your discounted prices.

Do you repair transmissions?

Our workshop, AutoGear Oy, located in Forssa Finland, specializes in automatic transmission repairs. We rarely repair manual transmissions, but we do supply parts for them as well as complete rebuilt gearboxes from our specialist partners. We also install the products we sell. How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking number. If you placed your order while logged into your account, you can also view your order history and current order status by signing in to our online store. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us at kauppa@autogear.fi.
